Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed
within two working days. All orders are dispatched via one of the
1. Local deliveries: (Somerset West, Strand and Stellenbosh) – Once a week,
on a Thursday, Free of charge.
2. Urgent Local deliveries: R50
3. Cape Town and outlying areas: R50
4. South Africa, All major cities: R95 up to 10kg
5. South Africa, outlying areas: Price to be confirmed
A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. You accept that
in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you
personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery
address signed for the delivery.
What are my delivery options?
We post or courier your order to any address in South Africa. You can also
collect your order from our business premises free of charge. Unfortunately
we cannot offer courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines
(the post office option is available for these areas). Delivery via courier has

collect it from the post office.
Where does Snob’s Coffee deliver to?
South Africa: We deliver to any address in South Africa.
Can I track my order?
We will email you your parcel's tracking information only if you request it.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within Two working days of
receiving payment confirmation.
Post Office delivery: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any Post Office
deliveries, for obvious reasons.
Courier delivery takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination:
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There
are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that the lead times shown above are the best case scenarios. We
do our best to dispatch orders as they come in and we rely on the couriers not
experiencing delays themselves, but we cannot guarantee the lead times, they
are just estimates. Please add one working day to be safe. If you need to know
exactly how long a particular courier delivery will take, please contact us and
we will gladly assist.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, public
holidays etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late'
delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your
delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please
contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Coffee is seasonal. It might sometimes be that a product is out of stock. We would
inform you at placing your order, and offer an alternative if such is the case.
